We saw that the stock futures did not outperform on August 14, 2019. These things happen once in a while and sometimes over a month also. That is when the strategy shows a monthly loss.

We all know that losses are a part of trading, not a happy part, that needs managing. Here the management is left to the basic principle— A good portfolio outperforms the index most of the times.

This is trading in its most simple form.

This blog is all about keeping trading simple and it is for this reason that this Lazy Trader series was started.

We shall not celebrate the day to day profits and we shall not worry about the losses. We shall observe how the strategy works month after month over a period of one year.

The position on August 14, 2019:

Profit came down considerably from earlier position.

All we have to do for the day is — Nothing.

Let us just watch another day unfold and watch it affect the trades while doing nothing.

Stay Lazy, stay happy.
